Levels of Quality
Quality is the value or rank of apparel. High quality means to have the best of the best in apparel. You would use the best materials, designs and construction features. These will always be sold at a high price because of the quality or value. Medium quality is when garments are good and reliable. Quality fabrics are used and reflect good designs and okay fabric. The price range for medium quality fabrics is medium, like something at Forever 21. Low quality is when a garment is poor and isn't reliable. General standards of quality would be construction details. Evenness of color also matters. When you judge quality, you have to take into consideration, fabric ,seams ,stitching ,hems, buttonholes, trims and decor, zippers and closures, and linings.
